Developer built the Gymenta app as a premium app for fitness trainers and instructors. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By using Gymenta, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may collect certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
• Basic personal identifiers (such as your name or email address) that you choose to share when signing in using Apple ID or Google Sign-In
• Client data that you enter into the app
• Photos and documents you add to client profiles
• Contact information when you add clients from your contacts
• Training and progress tracking information

2. Information Storage

Gymenta uses two types of data storage:
• Local storage: Most user data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData.
• Cloud services: We use Firebase Authentication to enable sign-in with Apple ID and Google accounts. We do not collect or store passwords. Authentication tokens and minimal account details (such as your name or email address if shared) are managed securely by Firebase in accordance with their privacy policy.

3. Device Permissions

Gymenta requests the following permissions:
• Photo Library: Used to select existing photos for client profiles
• Contacts: Used to quickly add clients from your device’s contacts
• Notifications: Used for workout reminders, timers, and session alerts

All these permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:
• Firebase Authentication: Used to enable secure sign-in via Apple ID and Google accounts
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple: Used as authentication providers

These services may collect limited information used to identify you, such as your email address or display name (only if you grant permission). We recommend reviewing their privacy policies:

5. Subscription Information

Our application processes subscription purchases through Apple's App Store. When you subscribe to our services:

• Your payment details are processed directly by Apple, and we do not store your payment information
• We receive confirmation of your subscription status, including start and end dates, renewal information, and subscription type
• This information is securely stored in our systems to manage access to premium features

We collect and use subscription data to:
• Verify access rights
• Notify about status changes
• Process renewals or expirations
• Help resolve related issues

Our application offers multiple ways to explore premium features:
• Exploration Period: When you first encounter subscription screens, you can explore premium features for a limited time (up to 12 hours) to evaluate the app
• Free Trial: We offer a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
• We track exploration and trial periods to prevent multiple activations and ensure fair usage
• We may send you notifications about trial or exploration period expiration

If you cancel your subscription:
• Access remains until the current billing cycle ends
• We retain minimal subscription history for account management
• You can request deletion of your subscription history by contacting us

6. Data Security

All locally stored data is protected by iOS’s built-in security. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with partners.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also restrict or object to data processing.

9. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
